The suite itself is lined by a luxurious internal marquee that surrounds the room in character. The suite is complemented by mood lighting readily installed around the perimeter as well as a chandelier hung from gracefully from the ceiling. For Weddings, Birthdays etc. there is also an in-built bar (regrettably not suitable for African or Asian functions).
We realise how difficult it can be planning your wedding or party and our designated organiser will be delighted to assist you every step of the way. On the day our management team will warmly welcome you and will be on hand throughout the day to ensure everything is complete as per requirements
We have 3 beautiful function suites within the venue, 2 of which can cater for around 150 guests and the largest up to 500 guests – perfect for those with a large guest count!
Lordswood Leisure Centre houses 5 suites that are perfect for your business needs. Our suites are the perfect place for your business to host your next board meeting, training sessions, seminars, conference, general meetings and more.
With a size of over 900 square feet, the different spaces offer flexible setups and capacities from 1 to 500 delegates. Multiple suites can also be hired at the same time to further increase the total capacity.
The Quee Suite, also known as Ancillary Hall, is a perfect space for those mid-sized events. This suite can either be plain or dressed with an optional internal marquee for that extra added touch. This suite hold up to 150 people and also has the ability to be uplit in your choice of colour if required.
The Quee Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex with access via stairs or ramp.
The Grand Quee Suite, also known as the Main Hall, is a perfect space for the larger event. Similar to the Quee Suite, this suite can either be plain or dressed with an optional internal marquee for that extra added touch. This suite hold up to 500 people. The suite also has the ability to be uplit in your choice of colour if required.
The Grand Quee Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex with access via stairs or ramp, it is also situated nearly opposite the Quee Suite in case extra capacity for your event is required.
The Martin Grove Suite provides an ideal setting for any event. The attractive and versatile suite holds up to 150 people (depending on seating plans). This Suite is also fully air conditioned and decorated with a neutral theme which can be tailored to suit your taste by utilising the built-in multi-coloured lighting system.
The Martin Grove Suite is located on the first floor of the complex with access via stairs or lift.
The Purple Suite is a perfect space for the more intimate events. This suite is ideal for a small classroom or board room setup with around 20-30 delegates.
The Purple Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex next to the reception area, access to the suite is on level ground to the centre entrance. It is just a short walk away from the Grand Quee and Quee Suites which makes it perfect as a side or break out room to these suites or for event storage.
The Yellow Suite is in many ways similar to the Purple Suite, but slightly smaller than the Purple Suite, holding around 20 delegates or so – again this room is perfect for small classroom or boardroom setups.
The Yellow Suite is located on the ground floor of the complex with access via stairs or ramp, it is also situated nearly opposite the Quee Suite and Grand Quee Suite in case extra capacity for your event is required or a side room is required for storage/changing/a break out room.
