The Oak Barn has undergone a meticulous restoration to create a versatile and unique space that retains it’s wonderful historic character. The barn is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, and can seat about 130 guests for formal dining with additional capacity for evening receptions. The magnificent high vaulted roof, floor to ceiling glass doors and latest technology will ensure both you and the barn are beautifully lit day or night. Underfloor heating and a wood burning stove will keep you cosy and warm in winter, and in summer our air-conditioning system will keep you cool throughout your function.

The Oak Barn's sliding glass doors flow into the courtyard that leads to Weaver's Cottages and this provides the perfect entertaining area, and if you require additional space, a marquee can be attached to the south side of the barn.

• The Oak Barn is located just off of the main road, 10 miles from the A21.
• The nearest bus stop is a 6 minute walk from the venue, which is 0.3 miles down the main road.
• There are several train stations in the surrounding towns, including Staplehurst and Headcorn, located 8 miles North with local minicab offices at both stations. There are also stations in Etchingham and Robertsbridge.
